We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, and final-sale or personalized items are not eligible for return.
